Exchange or Return of Goods

  • Sealed Products Only: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery and must be in their original, unopened, and sealed condition. Opened or used items are non-refundable.
  • Inspection Process: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the product shows signs of tampering, damage, or misuse, it will not qualify for a refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping method for safe return delivery.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • Original Packaging and Accessories: Items must be returned with all original packaging, including any protective seals, and any included accessories (e.g., promotional materials or inserts).

  • Condition Verification: All items will be inspected to confirm their condition; collectible cards and merchandise must show no signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
